The Night She Went Missing by Kristen Bird

Image
The Night She Went Missing by Kristen has a super interesting premise.     After being missing for over two months, Emily is found but can’t remember why she disappeared or what has happened to her. As three mothers try to figure out what has happened, more secrets are exposed. This was a slow burn, eventually leading to a conclusion that I figured out. I enjoyed the ride there and getting to know the foibles of these characters. This is Bird’s debut novel Ns I was surprised because of how smooth it was. I’ll be looking forward to her next book.  Thank you so much to Mira and HarperCollins for having me on this blog tour!

Woman Last Seen by Adele Parks

Woman Last Seen by Adele Parks was a fast read. The tension was thick throughout and I needed to know what was going to happen to Leigh and Kai. There were times when I got confused with all of the different time lines but liked seeing how these women ended up where they did. The most interesting parts were the family dynamics and trying to figure out what was happening. I guessed one of the twists but was surprised by another.  Thank you to Harlequin Trade Publishing for letting me join this blog tour.
