Here for the Drama by Kate Bromley

Image
I am not only Here for the Drama but I am here for this book. Kate Bromley had me laughing out loud so many times. Witty banter and the situations that Winnie were in propelled this book at lightening speed. This isn’t all just laughs though. There were deep emotions that were portrayed in a very real way. I really enjoyed this one.

Good Husbands by Cate Ray

Good Husbands by Cate Ray is very suspenseful and you never know who to trust. What really stood out was the different viewpoints of the women. All three views of rape are represented and I thought it was done with sensitivity and the gravity it deserves. I really connected with Jess and respected her. If you are reading an ecopy of this book, the formatting is off! Feel free to write me and I can tell you where it should be so you don’t get confused.

The Boardwalk Bookshop by Susan Mallery

The Boardwalk Bookshop by Susan Mallery is a romance but at its core it    is truly about friendships. How friendships can give us the support we need, enter our lives when we really need them and fill a hole we never knew we had. I loved getting to know the three women from their perspectives. Their friendship and other relationships felt realistic and I had to keep reading to find out how they resolved their issues. I’ve read many books by Mallery and this is one of the best.
